Xamax created a low temperature heat sealing fabric that will bond to itself and other materials. It is high strength and naturally water repellent. EcoSeal®  should be considered to reduce cost and simplify a manufacturing process that has multiple steps or materials.

EcoSeal® is a non-woven is used in flameless heater pouch construction. It provides the right amount of water absorption to activate the powder mixture creating the required heat to be used in conjunction with a food packet.
